How the momME Movement Began

The momME Movement was born long before the logo or the name—
in the quiet moments when I realized I’d done everything right, yet still felt unseen.
Everything looked picture perfect—and while it wasn’t a social façade,
maybe it was one I was living for myself. I wanted more—not more things, but more me.
It began before my divorce, before my degrees
in the space between holding it all together and wondering who I was underneath it.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself

Why This Matters

Because everything can look perfect—and still not feel whole.
Because our kids shouldn’t have to wait until we’re empty to see us happy.
Because motherhood doesn’t erase your identity, it expands it.

In My Own Words

I had nothing to prove, and still, there was more of ME to become. Somewhere between the idol titles and the to-do lists, I realized I’d become visible to everyone but myself. I wasn’t unhappy; I was ready. Content and grateful; yes, yet called toward a brighter version of myself. This movement is that return.

That quiet knowing became the seed of the momME Movement—a two-phase journey from reflection to radiance, where moms remember who they are and live in their light, every single day.
