The momME Movement is a two-phase journey from reflection to radiance — where women rediscover who they are beyond the roles.
I know what it’s like to feel accomplished yet still ready for more — to pour into others until there’s little left for yourself.
This guided experience helps women stop existing through their titles — Mom, Wife, Boss, Soldier — and start living as whole, visible women again.
Each phase is part of one continuous journey — The Mirror and The Sun — designed to help you see yourself clearly and then shine fully in your light.
This journey is for women who are grateful for their lives yet ready for more of themselves — ready to move from good to truer, from bright to brighter.
For those who:
Where it Starts - Reflection
Transformation begins with truth. This phase helps you face yourself with honesty and compassion — seeing what’s been hidden under the “shoulds.”
Through guided journaling, self-assessments, and the momME Map, you’ll rediscover who you are — what you value, what you crave, and what truly makes you feel alive.
You’ll experience:
You’ll create (tangibles):
Outcome: “In the mirror, I saw not who I was, but who I’ve always been.”
Where it ignites — Radiance
Once reflection takes root, this phase helps you rise into your light. You’ll learn to take up space again — in your relationships, career, and joy — with clarity and confidence.
Through practical tools, measurable action, and gentle accountability, you’ll rebuild confidence, boundaries, and balance. This is where courage meets clarity — and your inner light becomes visible again.
You’ll experience:
You’ll build (tangibles):
✨ Outcome:
“I’ve stepped into the sun and found it was me all along.”
💖 What You’ll Create
Throughout the journey, you’ll shape tangible reflections of your growth, pieces you’ll carry long after the program ends.
The momME Movement began with my own reflection — in the quiet spaces between motherhood, career, and rediscovery.
What started as a personal practice became a movement for women everywhere to reconnect with who they are and rise into their light.
Because the moment you see yourself again, the world around you changes too.
“This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself.”
